I threw together this yummy pizza for the @YYCPizzaWeek blogger challenge. I love homemade pizza and fresh basil!
Pre-made pizza dough
2 Tblsp vegan cream cheese
Half a can of roasted tomatoes
Thinly sliced red onion
1 cup vegan mozzarella
Roll out pre-made pizza dough and lay on a oil sprayed pizza pan. The one I use has small holes across it to allow for a yummy crispy crust.
Combine two tablespoons of vegan cream cheese with half a can of roasted tomatoes and spread evenly on dough. Top with thinly sliced red onion, fresh basil and vegan mozzarella. Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle sea salt and pepper on top of the whole pizza.
Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden. Enjoy!
