I can’t stop eating these cookies.
This recipe can be customized with any candy bar you like – let me know which bars you try it with and how it turned out!
Crispy Crunch bar cookies
¾ cup butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
¼ cup cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Crispy Crunch bars, processed in the food processer
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, combine until well mixed. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add to wet mixture until combined. Add Crispy Crunch bar pieces.
Roll dough into balls before baking for 10 – 12 minutes. Let cookies rest for 2 – 4 minutes on baking sheets before removing to wire rack to cool. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper for easy clean-up – reuse the paper until completely done.
